How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of tiktoksgoods.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This Fastras showerhead came well packaged, quickly and was complete. It even included plumbers teflon tape for insuring against leaks. The hose is very flexible and not super stiff like many similar shower hoses. The set included 2 sponges and 2 hanging hooks, as well as everything you need to connect to your existing shower. Just unscrew your old shower head (even if it’s not a handheld) and attached this unit directly. Can be used handheld or leave it in its clip for a fixed position. Inside the handle are ion beads for water filtration and inside the shower head are sensors to indicate water temperature range. Overall, quite pleased. Worth the price just for the shower head itself.

The shower pressure on the head is great! The color indicator was pressure accurate. My showers can vary on how long they take to get warm, so I enjoyed a visible signal. The blue color as soon as it turns blue, was “hot summer temperature”, so cool enough to be refreshing but not cold enough to make you uncomfortable. It’s probably better not to shower in scalding water anyways! I did test this in both of my bathrooms, so you might see a small leak in my photos. I didn’t use the plumbing tape in my second shower because I was in a rush, but it worked super well when I used it in my first! There were also shower scrubbies in my box, which was a fun surprise. The shower head seemed to have better pressure than the standard showerhead my apartment had installed, which was a big bonus.

When you first turn on your shower after you install this, you’ll have a smile on your face. I did! It’s clever and innovative. We no longer have to keep opening our shower door and check the temp of the water. For us now, Blue = Ready to jump in. ??Package comes with everything you need to install and more! Water pressure was great.Room for modifications: I would like to see a version that has a button to stop the water flow. Why? We have rain shower head in conjunction with this new one and would like have the option to turn it off.

I wasn’t sure how this was going to work, but I ended up really enjoying it!- The water pressure different was VERY noticable; I had decent pressure with my previous shower head, but this one was a LOT of water pressure.- I thought the colors were kind of gimmicky at first but I took a shower with the lights off and it was a party 🙂 I actually ended up really liking the lights, although I’m not sure how functional it is to know the heat of the water. If you’re someone who needs to heat up your water before you shower i think the lights would be useful, since you’d know when it was hot? For me, it was just a fun add-on.- I don’t know if the beads do anything. I’m sure they do. I have hard water, so I’m hopeful that they help my hair texture in the long run, but I can’t say for sure right now.Set up was pretty easy but one of seals popped out initially, so it was spraying everywhere. Once I popped the seal back into place I haven’t had any issues with it at all, and have really mostly enjoyed the water pressure!

This shower head very good and easy to install plus it has other benefits. This products water pressure is very high not like the one I had prior to replacing the old. I can’t believe the big difference it makes just on that aspect. Another big problem that I had was hard water this shower head is amazing no more hard water & hello smoother skin and softer hair plus no more tangled hair. This means one last hair product to purchase! All of the benefits is due to the red & gray anions beads. These anions are not expensive to replace under $10. on Amazon & as I understand the anions on the shower head needs to be replaced every 8000 gallons of water going thru the shower head or 4 to 6 months if other people use it remember it depends on the uses of the product. Yes, indeed I am honestly very pleased with this product. You definitely can’t go wrong with this shower head & this company includes everything you need to install. Easy to understand instructions a connector mount, water hose that’s 59 inches long, Teflon tape to put at all connector ends 2 body sponges, 2 hooks to place the sponges on. If you already have a hand held shower kit installation & all you have to do the replace the shower head. I also love the light that comes out of the shower head green, blue & red the colors changes with different water temperatures it just gives a little more light if needed it’s great! I will definitely purchase another one.

I got this for my kids, I thought they would like the color. Well I was right! They love the lights in the shower head. I did not know that it would be so useful, I love it that I have an idea of the water temp just by looking at the color. Two of the kiddos like it on green, warm but not to hot. And one love its a little hotter, the red light. My wife wants a 2nd one because of the pressure it provides. Makes it a snap getting the product out of our daughter’s hair. I will be ordering one for each of our showers! 5 stars from the 5 of us!

This product was super easy to install even if the instructions don’t make much sense. Really easy to fit to my shower fixture. Even easier to enjoy the fun light! Nice to know that my water has heated up enough before I hop in. No more risking too cold water or standing with your hand under the faucet forever waiting until it turns warm.Only thing that would make this product better is if you could choose what color to use whenever and maybe if there was a strobe effect ? Since I technically won’t be using any colors other than the blue because I don’t want super cold or super hot water.

I love this showerhead. I’ve been using it everyday and the pressure is perfect for me. The spread of water is not too wide so it gives me focused spray which helps a lot when I want to get hot water on my back for example. The lights are fun and useful to determine when to get into the shower. What I loved the most is that there is absolutely no leak when I installed it, I didn’t need the tape that came with it which can be used in case there is a leak from the mouth of the shower. There are not a lot of parts and was way easier to install than I thought. I’m certainly buying one more of this for my other bathroom.

Ok, this is just cool. It was very easy to install (which was my major worry). The LEDs are nice in the light, but there’s something magic about taking a shower in the dark with it on. I happen to take showers in the middle of the night often because I can’t sleep, but I don’t want anything too bright. This shower head has ended up being really valuable to me. One complaint is that at some temperatures, the light can flash between two colors. I get flashing between red and blue at a certain temperature, so you just have to increase or decrease it a bit.
